1. Sign in to Paragon, and click on Roster at the top of the screen.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Select Agent Roster from the drop down.
3. On the screen that pops up, you'll need to fill out:
   Agent Status: Leave Blank
   Agent Type: DR and R (for Designated REALTOR and REALTOR).
   Leave all other fields blank to get members of the Cheyenne Board of Realtors.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. The spreadsheet of names and contact info will pop up relevant to your search options (it will be broken into several pages).
5. Click All in the top right corner to show all of the entries on one page.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. Copy and paste the data into a new Excel/Google spreadsheet, or download as an .xlsx or .csv file.
7. In the new document, select the column of email addresses, copy them, and then paste them into a new email.

After you hit the search button, a list will populate. At the very top will be a series of numbers that will give you lots of helpful info related to the sold, single-family homes in 2023.





PRO TIP: If you aren’t sure what the codes are in the MLS search for homes, click the magnifying glass at the end of the field. That will bring up all the options available to you within the search query.
