Cathy Peck has been at CBTPE for 30 years! She’s a former real estate agent and loves getting to know everyone. She is a recipient of the Bev Estes-Leavitt Heart of the Company Award (2023). She has 1 son, a daughter-in-law, and 5 grandkids. You might see her two dogs, Scarlet and Tucker, at the office from time-to-time. She loves to read.

Jess Will has been at CBTPE since 2022. She’s a talented floral artist and has been in the beauty, cleaning, wedding and floral industries. She requires things to be C.L.E.A.N. She has a dog named Chance (who is an acquired taste but VERY cute). She’s a major Swiftie and is a go-to source for all things beauty related.
Why you’ll need her: She’s an expert in adding listings to Paragon, having the appropriate listing/sales documents in various forms software, and maintains the CBTPE commissions document.

Melanie Sinnott has been with CBTPE for more than 10 years. She has a mini dachshund named Bridget, and adores her daughter (currently in college). She’s originally from Georgia, loves live music and concerts. She’s married to a military veteran. While the Avalanche may be the local hockey team here, just know she’s a Tampa Bay Lightning fan.
Why you’ll need her: She’s the go-to person for all earnest monies, commission checks, and office bills. If it has to do with $$, she’s your gal.

Miranda Bohnen has been at CBTPE since 2022. She has an angsty chihuahua mix named Steve, and has a wild berserker corgi/aussie mix named Oakley. She’s a fitness enthusiast and runs half/marathons, and knows all the hard hikes. She has a B.S. in Business Marketing from UW.

Reese Johnston has been at CBTPE since 2022, and has a thing for corgis. She takes ceramics classes, plays video games, and is a board member for the Cheyenne Little Theater Players. She has a B.A. in English and Creative Marketing, has an M.S. in Journalism/Digital Storytelling, and graduated from Leadership Cheyenne in 2024.

Gunnar Malm is a sixth-generation, lifelong Laramie County resident, County Commissioner, and real estate agent/owner. He loves to golf in his free time, and has an adorable chonky baby boy named Jude, who is now nearly 2 years old.
