how to create a personal
facebook account
- Head to Facebook.com and click Create New Account.
- Sign up by filling out the information prompted in the pop-up box (this information can be set privately so no one else has your birthdate or gender. It is recommended that you enter this information honestly so it will be easier to remember in the future in the event you need a password reset or to reclaim your profile).
NOTE: After you click Sign Up via email or phone, you’ll be prompted to have an SMS text sent to the mobile number or a confirmation code sent to the email you just entered. Enter that and click Continue.
If all was entered correctly, a screen will pop up saying that you have successfully confirmed your account and the method that you will use to log in. Click Okay.
